Tracks, Fairies and Dinosaurs
The wolves have been busy predicting and coming up with hypotheses about all the tracks found in the paths. They also had fun finding patterns and shapes in the shoe tracks: zig zags, diamonds, squares, circles and hexagons.
The woods are also coming up with magic surprises: the wolves found a fairy treasure in the woods. They wrote "thank you" letters in return. This will be great material to start storytelling and making predictions.
Looking for tracks led children to dig. Our paleontologists found "dinosaurs fossils".
Goose, Elderberry and Aardvark wonder which animal this track belongs to. They looked at the shape and size to wonder about it.
Aardvark, Duckling and Acorn move a big stick together. They research the properties of the ice forming at the lake.
